My husband works at Starbucks and people are always throwing away their used gift cards. He brings them home and I paint artist cards on them.

I always wanted to be an artist, but I've never been good at anything. In March 2010 I took that to my advantage. These paintings are painted on salvaged wood with old acrylic paints and disguarded brushes.
